Another one I enjoyed far more than 'was allowed at the time' is Silent Hill Downpour.

I loved the puzzle / adventure / exploration nature of it.

@curl-6 Agree on Doom 3, loved it despite not being able to finish it first time (my PC at the time couldn't handle the final level, rest ran fine ugh)

I never played Shattered memories, actually this is the first time I heard of it.
