Well, given that GPD WIN 5 is 1.5x performance of XBOX ALLY X, both running at 25W, and 2x when its running at 35W (and 2.5x when running at 45W), and that going from 4nm to presumed combined 2nm/3nm of PS6P would put that 35W performance into 25W bracket, yeah, that's fair "at least" assumption, especially for raster, given that PS6P will have much more advanced architecture than GPD WIN 5, though I think RT performance will be way, way better.

Of course, I'm hoping that Sony, and future "portables" manufacturers, will let them run on higher wattages, at least 35W.
