@Fishie - Even if you say that the PS3's 7 SPE's are capable of:

3.2GHz x 4 x 2 = 25 GFLOPS. 25 X 7 SPEs = 175 GFLOPS.

Which could be on the low side, PS3 Cell still has miles more raw power than 360's tri-core could ever achieve.
