One more Israeli captive’s body to be handed over: Hamas
The armed wing of Hamas, Qassam Brigades has recovered an Israeli captive’s body in Gaza, the Palestinian group says.
Qassam Brigades will hand it over today at 11pm local time (20:00 GMT), the statement published on Telegram said, without elaborating on where the body was retrieved.
Israel confirms receiving coffin of dead captive
The Israeli military says the coffin of one more dead captive has crossed the border between Gaza and Israel “a short while ago”.
The body is on its way to the National Institute for Forensic Medicine, where identification procedures will be carried out, the statement published by the army on Telegram said.
