Battery is a big lose for the Switch 2. I would have REALLY liked if they could fit a slightly bigger battery I don't know... Going from 2ish hours on demanding games to a solid 3 would make things much better.

But besides that, Switch 2 is really holding its own.

Only if you run using low performance mode..... at high performance mode (where Rog Xbox Ally X, can go toe to toe or beat Switch 2 graphics),
the differnces are minor.  Carry a battery bank with you, and your switch can go more than long enough.

The fact that you can then Dock the Switch 2 as well, and play on a tv.....  It seems like a much better value offering.
(which is crazy, cuz 450$ at launch felt really expensive for the Switch2)

The ROG Ally X can be docked and output to a TV as well.

FSR4 definitely puts the ROG Ally X ahead of the Switch 2... The display on the Rog Ally X is miles ahead of the Switch 2 as well, the Switch 2's display is factually a regression over the Switch 1 OLED or even Steamdeck OLED or any other decent and modern quality LCD.

Carrying battery banks and extra accessories for a portable device kinda defeats the purpose of a portable device.
