Pulled the trigger and ordered an Ayn Thor 12gb+256gb white model. Not sure if I will actually make use of the extra ram, but some switch emulation might need it. Better safe than sorry. Plus you can only get the 8gb models in black and it looks like it's a really bad finger print magnet.
