Indeed it is, but I find playing DS/3DS games on big screen a bit awkward.
Thor and other Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and higher devices can run 3DS games at 4x resolution and higher for really crisp visuals, with lush amount of AA. Only pity is that those screens are not 1600x960 for upper and 1280x960 for lower, which would give them perfect 4x integer scaling without black bars (and 5x integer for DS for no bars on lower screen).
But then again, while they are clamshell design with obvious main draw being DS/3DS emulation, they are not limited to that, and go even up to somewhat older PC games via Winlator/Gamehub.
