The True version of DMC4 just came out yesterday for PC (it's not a port), and looks to be quite optimized and with several improvements and new modes:
up-to 120 fps (if your rig can handle it)
Improved visuals (Both DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 support)
**Turbo Mode (20% game speed increase, must be switched to on (this is -the awesome- btw, and should have been the games normal speed in the original console release)
**Legendary Dark Knight Mode (game goes dead rising-engine on your ass by increasing enemy count and difficulty)

There is also a Demo of DMC4 PC, which has a great benchmark program that will evaluate if your PC can run DMC4 at whatever settings (the third pic is from the Demo). Here's some links for the Demo:
