Got the plat now. 2nd run is pretty quick even though still need to get to the end.

Enjoyed the game a lot. Not a big fan of the final dungeon, I think it dampens my love for the game somewhat.
I'll try give Demon Souls a look actually. I mean... I don't necessarily want easy games, but playing Lies of P even on the middle difficulty was really runing my evenings LOL

I'm not sure if easy mode changes how your sprite ally functions. But I did notice that bosses can be easily manipulated to focus their attacks on the ally if needs be. That can help with bosses like this. But honestly, the mid-boss fight before the final boss is the worst thing in the game. Just ran past it on NG+ after dying like 5-10 times in a row LOL
