The fact they're not exclusives should be taken into account. I could have played all of those games on Steam if I wanted (and most of them I did). And Xbone had all those games too, but I don't think that one will be winning many "best console" polls...
And I didn't mention RE4, but if I were to mention a RE it would be REmake, which stayed Nintendo exclusive for over a decade, and is actually my favorite RE of all time.
