Trump targeting states that voted for Harris in allowing federal projects to go forward. I realize that what prompted this was the current showdown over the budget, however the past voting history shouldn't even be a factor in the decision. It's like the scene in the Star Wars prequels where Palpatine Palpatine finally takes control and everybody finally understands how evil he has become
