MSNBC producer Kyle Griffin posted this on Bluesky:
"
Trump opens with a threat to the generals:
"I've never walked into a room so silent … Have a good time. And if you want to applaud, you applaud ... If you don't like what I'm saying, you can leave the room. Of course, there goes your rank, there goes your future. but you just feel nice and loose." "

I never thought that i'd be saying this, but we have entered a state of facism now.
He wants that North Korean style of being fawned over with these exaggerated displays of applause and agreement from the audience. After having their jobs collectively threatened? We've seen this kind of thing with dictators all over the world.
The whole speech was horrible. He had more off-topic remarks and views on things, than anything on-point. In fact it was difficult to even figure out the topic of whatever the hell he was supposed to talk about.
