Do XBOX fans really respect Microsoft as a company?

RROD? What console from Nintendo or Sony have gone through such a case of shoddy tech? You must hate reliability,right?

 

I guess you were lucky enough not to end up like myself and many others that had to keep our PS1's on their side just to play a game? Then the 3 PS2's I went through because they wouldn't read the blue discs or DVDs. The last one had a laser just die after 3 months. Also who did you know that put an NES cartridge into their system and the game started up without the usual ritual of blowing the hell out of the cartidge and moving it side to side in the console? Then if that didn't work it was time for the alcohol and q-tips.

And @Shameless: Hardware generally does become less reliable OVER TIME. I've personally had one problem with the PS2 and DRE, but that was an easy fix. How many known cases of hardware were dead within the first week, though? I'm being modest. I've had a friend who's 360 died the day he bought it along with Halo 3.
