I remember people saying "time will tell" how much MS valued the lost revenue/profits of supposed lost sales due to people having gamepass.
And the argument always ended in "time will tell, lets see what happend when the next CoD is released".
The proof is in the pudding.
It cost them too much.
Hence the no more day1, CoD not being in gp anymore, and the prices going up.
Also them raising the price to 30$ a month.... and the only gain is just 1440p streaming.... That is a tough sell imo.
