I wasn't here for those, but best first console was NES, best second console goes without saying, best third one is between N64, Saturn, PS3 and Xbone? N64 takes that one. And I think the GCN takes this one.

Metroid Prime 1&2, Wind Waker & Twilight Princess, MKDD, Melee... GameCube was the only Nintendo console since the N64 that I skipped, and I sincerely wish I didn't.
