The Last of Us Part 1 counts because it's a remake not just a remaster lol, I know, I know it's "more The Last of Us" but the game was worked by the newest ND employees (baptism by fire basically) and Shawn Escayg was the creative director, he also was the codirector of Lost Legacy and now is the director of their current second game in development so there was a lot of future value in the development of that remake. It's true they made a bad time investment with their little service adventure tho and unless that second game is a remake of Uncharted 1 I don't think it will be a PS5 game, maybe a crossgen game.
Insomniac on the other hand is a well oiled machine, even with the gap between Spider-Man 2 and Wolverine the median of years between releases since the PS4 is 1.5 years. If they release something in 2027 and there is a chance they could their median would go down to 1 year. Crazy how good they are, every dollar from the acquisition was worth it.
