Examples
SoulCalibur VII (aka 7): Tekken has been the focus and SoulCalibur VI is 7 years old, but I think we pretty much have to get a new one. VI had a successful launch, but not good legs. Still, the legacy is there.
Super Smash Bros.: It will happen with or without Sakurai, but I'm not sure if the new title will be a Switch 2 game. Maybe they'll ride out the Switch 2 gen with a DX version of Ultimate and putting the first 3 Smash games on NSO (since they'll probably add Wii games too).
Nintendogs: Even if it's a mobile game, Nintendogs was huge back in the day and worth trying again.
Luigi's Mansion 4: 3 sold massively, 4 will happen on Switch 2.
Super Mario Maker 3: A new game instead of a Switch 2 Edition of 2 would make sense. Mouse controls will be emphasized.
Star Wars Battlefront: Another reboot will happen one day.

I would not say Smash Bros or Mario Maker 3 is “all but confirmed.” Seeing how Nintendo shelved Metroid and Punch Out (despite being among of the largest SNES titles), it is certainly TBD whether we’ll see a successor during NS2 generation. Worst case scenario, we get a supped up NS2 Edition to hold us over a generation…though I’m not sure this would work out quite like it did for MK8, which had released less than 3y prior on DOA hardware (with marginally weaker specs than its successor).

On topic: Yoshi’s Woolly World (NSW) was leaked in the Nintendo Switch 2 April Presentation, but has yet to be officially revealed. Kirby Planet Robobot (NSW) has strong rumors supporting its existence. These are certainly not “all but confirmed” as the Yoshi leak, for instance, may have simply been an oversight by or miscommunication within Nintendo (esp with a new 2D Yoshi releasing in Spring…).
