mmmm, bfast is usually something like 6 eggs plus a couple of hamburger patties, and then i eat raw veggies + fruit + protein powder for the rest of the day.
Bfast is about 900 calories- the paddies have 190 cals each (380 total), eggs have about 60 each ( 360 there) plus another 100-150 in olive oil. The only thing that i eliminate is cooked veggies, and starches
