Phone 4-5 years
My current Phone I got march 2022 and will either upgrade it in 2026 or 2027. The determining factor will be how annoying is the reduce battery life from age get. I tend to upgrade once the battery life start to ignore me enough which tend to be 4-5 years.

TV - Main TV I target every 10 years (but my previous main was used as main for 11 years). Every other TV in house get replaced when it stop working. My bedroom TV is 15 years old at this point it was my previous main TV. Still working so not felt need to replace.

Computer - Use to be every 5 years with a GPU upgrade sometime during those 5 years. 50 series annoyed me with pricing through so my GPU going to be 5 years old in a month and rest of computer 5 and half year old already. I upgrade at some point just not sure when.

Car: First car was a used given to me by my parents and I drove it from 16-25. At 25 bought my first new car and used it for 15 years. My third and current car had for 2 years and will keep it for at least 8 more years probably longer. I never been much of a car guy as longer as it get me from point A to Point B with low risk of killing me am good. I hoping by the time I ready for a new car that they will have perfected self driving cars.

Video Game Console: Last one I bought was a PS 4 PRO and I really don't have much interest in buying any of the current ones. I fine with sticking to PC gaming these days.

Tablet: Never owned one unless you count Kindles which I use for reading books and nothing else. For reading I prefer E-ink over other screens but otherwise I happy using a cellphone, laptop, desktop and never had a reason for a tablet. I on my second kindle in over a decade. Don't see myself upgrading anytime soon.

VR Device: I targeting upgrading every 5 years bought one in 2016, 2021 and if there one worth buying next year I buy one. Hopefully Valve come out with something new by then.
