Sony and Nintendo were able to shift where the consoles are manufactured to countries with a lower tariff. Microsoft could have done the same, but I guess they don't care enough to do so.

Even that isn't working, because Captain Tariffs keeps going after other countries because.. reasons. Nintendo shifted to Vietnam, and they're under tariffs now.

A quick search says the Vietnam tariffs are 20%. The PS5 price went up by about 10% depending on the model. I am not saying it will 100% happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if the PS5 price goes up another $50 to $550/$600/$800. I also wouldn't be surprised if the Switch 2 price goes up in the future.
