Sony and Nintendo were able to shift where the consoles are manufactured to countries with a lower tariff. Microsoft could have done the same, but I guess they don't care enough to do so.

Sony and Nintendo also have many more consumers buying their product, so yes, they do care a lot more on not losing them.

Yeah. Microsoft is far less dependent on Xbox consoles now that all their games releases on PC day one, and more and more are coming to PlayStation and Nintendo.
