Is there no immigration in those countries?  The UK wont stay out of Spain for their holidays, and Spain doesn't want you to come visit at least in the volume.  

To be fair, to imply tourism is the same as immigration in the form of asylum-seekers and illegal entries, which is what these people are protesting, is pretty out there.
