Unmanned Systems Forces have also confirmed the strike on the Kirishi oil refinery. The attack triggered a major fire, verified by NASA FIRMS data. Located 800 km from Ukraine, the refinery is a key supplier of fuel to St. Petersburg and several Russian regions. Damage assessment is still ongoing.
