72% off the premium. The amount over the spot price that they charge. So if its like 2 dollars over spot it has been reduced down to like 80 something cents added to each ounce.
Take the picture you quoted, you can see at the very top silver spot price at 41.13 a troy ounce. If I picked up 5 plus bars then I could get that good price of 4192 each bar which is only .79 above the melt down price of silver at that particular moment in trading. Without the discount the bar could of cost 4392 which would be 2.79 above spot per ounce.
And if I would have purchased less than 5 bars, I would have paid the 4242. 1.29 above spot.
