Maybe but given no one in Europe wants a wider war they'd probably look for a quick way out even if Russia attacked a Nato state. Article 5 has never truly been tested and is probably at its weakest every point in terms of commitment.
Slovakia and Hungary certainly wouldn't respond. And even efforts by UK, France and Germany to push back would likely lead to a surge in support for the anti-establishment parties who would favour staying out of it.
