If only you were this upset when a VG member called for the murder of all conservatives, lol.

It's a lot to address someone who has intelligence and is making claims, than someone who is just being insulting or throwing out threats.

Last week, I commented on a facebook post about climate change - someone arguing that city people are chastising country people, despite living less sustainably. I just had posted that it shouldn't be country vs city, we should be looking at it as problem vs solution.

A couple of people just told me that I'm dumb.

There was 1 reply about how we should kill off the liberal cities.

And for those I pretty much just posted a one liner.  "Hey I'm just trying my best", "genocide is wrong, hope you know that".

I think it's hard to do much more than that, especially if you're not that familiar with someone and you have no idea where they stand.

And I left last time because I had you nailing my wall, Pi hitting me up in chat and a third mod hitting me when I was posting + in chat.  As far as I am concerned, there is no way to spin 3 mods being up my ***.  It wasn't appropriate, and I think you know it.

Most of us were picked as mods, because we're active posters. Taking conversations to walls or PMs, is a pretty common way to get conversations out of threads.

It's particularly common in a lot of websites that mod conversations happen in chats in the first place. A lot of places even explicitly have rules that these things have to be done in private chats.
