I'm really curious to see how Gears E-Day and a possible Gears 2-3 Remaster perform on Steam, it's starting to feel like Gears just won't ever be a "thing" on PC, for whatever reason, it doesn't seem like the PC audience is that into Gears, I mean it's not a disaster but it's nothing to brag about for an IP as big as Gears the performances of Gears Tactics/Gears 5/Gears Reloaded on PC.
Think it's just one of those things, there are some franchises far more popular on console, there are some franchises far more popular on PC. Maybe it can be explained as Gears 5 not being as good as OG Gears, but there's not much people caring about OG Gears either, Lol. Maybe it can be said that's because Gears Reloaded is a bare minimum remaster, so lets see how a more significant Gears 2/3 remaster perform and a back to basics Gears E-Day! I'm not dooming or anything, it's just going to be interesting to track Imo.
