Oh, that explains the leaks, it sounds like there's a lot more in these documents.
There's likely hundreds of disgruntled employees, who'd thought treating your developers like shit would make them angry. Microsoft only has themselves to blame for this leak then if it's an angry employee. Morale at the division is at an all time low and that's Microsoft's fault.
