Protesters demand end to Gaza war in protests across Europe
Thousands of demonstrators have taken to the streets in protests and rallies in cities across Europe after famine was officially declared in Gaza.
Gaza solidarity protests were documented in Vienna, Zurich, Berlin, Brussels, and Stockholm. Numerous European civil society organisations are backing the demonstrations, during which slogans call for an end to the starvation and killing of children and civilians in the enclave.

‘Send a negotiating team now,’ captives’ families tell Netanyahu in rallies
Thousands have continued to rally across Tel Aviv, demanding a deal to end the war and again asking Donald Trump to help.
“We call on our government: send a negotiation team now, finalise the details and bring hostages home,” Liran Berman, whose brothers Ziv and Gali are held in Gaza, told the crowds gathered in central Tel Aviv. “And we call on President Trump to use his influence to make this deal happen and ensure it brings every hostage home.”
The forum of the families of captives said in a statement that only Netanyahu stands in the way of the return of 50 living and killed captives.
“From the stage came a clear message: the window of opportunity is closing, military pressure puts the hostages at risk, and the time has come to seal the deal and bring every hostage home.”
Police said they arrested a 61-year-old demonstrator for suspected incitement at Habima Square after she was heard leading a group in chanting: “With our soul and blood, we will redeem you, Gaza."
