Crazy demands still in play. Axios reports Putin proposed freezing the front in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson in exchange for Ukraine pulling out of Donetsk, and also asked Trump to recognize the occupied regions plus Crimea as part of Russia.
If true, this is what Trump is asking Ukraine to accept.
