Is it right for Marijuana to be illegal/Legal?

Im a user, i really hope they legalize it here, its not even bad atleast its legal to carry 5grams though but still, most people smoke it in the privacy of there home, me i usaly smoke it outside when im with buddies, and the cops never say anything about it.
