Strange list indeed. But that's the problem with listings like that, not every GPU is sold for gaming.
Whether it's to give a system more display outputs to drive more monitors or for a simple HTPC, to name a couple of examples, some of those old cards have a real purpose to some people, and since neither Nvidia nor AMD make these kind of low end GPUs anymore, they'll keep selling until they're no longer made.
