I imagine this will be future GAAS titles likes Fairgames and Gummy Bear. At least starting.

All the GaaS will come to Xbox, Fairgames especially needs to release on everything possible, Gummy Bears, etc. I think some smaller projects like LEGO Horizon could come to Xbox and then Spider-Man. I don't think we'll see God of War, Uncharted, etc. Sony's biggest SP IPs. But they'll be available on the Xbox PC so it's not that important.

It won't hurt PlayStation that much. They've already taken over the high-end console market and owned it since Xbox One and they will now continue to own it. They have tens of millions of users locked into their digital ecosystems now, with literally hundreds of games and other purchases, they won't just abandon literally hundreds-thousands of dollars spent.

The console market is far easier to get into, a lot cheaper and a lot less hassle than the PC market, until that changes they will continue to be tens of millions 'lazy' people who just want a simple plug in and play option and finally, there's nowadays tens of millions who buy these consoles only to play the blackhole games. I think it's safe to say that the biggest seller of Xbox/PlayStation consoles nowadays isn't exclusives, and hasn't been for a long time, it is by far things like Call of Duty, Fortnite, Sports Titles, etc.

Then you take a look at the play charts and it's these videogames dominating and it's incredibly difficult to crack the top 15 unless you're a huge IP or release into Game Pass/PS+ hence why they're have to release elsewhere and reach as wide an audience as possible because consoles are totally dominated by blackhole games.
