GAAS makes the most sense to release on Xbox and Nintendo as they need as many players as possible. Not that releasing Concord on every platform would have made any difference for that game.
Until one is actually announced I wouldn't expect any single-player focused PlayStation games to release on Xbox or Nintendo. Lego Horizon I feel is more of an exception.
