They already do PC, and have been trying to get into mobile for well over a decade now. besides greater emphasis on Nintendo, perhaps, nothing is really different to their current strategy.

They'd have to make some massive missteps. There is still an obviously sizeable market for console gaming, which Sony pretty much covers, outside of Nintendo.
