This has made me look into two things: Klarnas position on sexually explicit content (not banned, but restricted and to be approved on a case by case basis. Other things on that list include such broad categories as ‚Art‘, ‚charities‘, ‚digital downloads‘, ‚in-game purchases‘ and as specific as ‚Airline Tickets‘, ‚tobacco‘ and ‚alcohol‘) and how to set up your own international payment processor (It‘s hard, you need lots of money).

Either someone has to establish an alternative payment processor that isn’t subjected to these pressures from religious nutjobs, or legislation for payment neutrality has to be passed. We cannot have giant banks censoring art, however distasteful you might personally find it.
