That was a really old Antonow entirely made out of Russian parts. It is well known that many of those airlines/planes operating in Siberia/far east region have been and are in bad shape (none would get a license for European airports). Most likely two drunk pilots or failing "Russian made, bolted together" spare parts.
I have read reports from shocked Westerners telling that local farmers brought along sheeps and goats on their flights, and people actually sitting in the aisles due to overbooking. Rules are different in Russian provinces.
