Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness
Over two hours long, covering many genres, and to my mind, each one done masterfully. I don't know any other albums which can pull off heavy tracks like Tales of a Scorched Earth and X.Y.U. to sugary pop like 1979 and Cupid de Locke. But they managed somehow.
