Anyway, this is the ultimate guns vs butter dillemma. Will putin spend more and more on weapons, or will he allocate a ton of $$$ to the banks? If he spends less, then zelensky will surely win and Russia's losses will be even more devastating. If Russia spends this on the banks, then they will have to print even more $$$ and worsen the economy. Economics is truly the dismal science, and putin is realizing that as there is only so much money to go around.
