They obviously just wanted an excuse to snub the 9070.

If you refuse to look past Nvidia for whatever reason, 5060Ti 16GB and 5070Ti are really the only cards worth buying.

Yeah, those two are the only Nvidia cards this gen that received good reviews, and the 5060Ti 16GB would have been a very good choice in such article. But they wanted something more expensive... and from Nvidia, of course, so they aren't seen as biased against team green.

Feels like one of those articles from shoddy sites listing a series of products in hopes that you'll click the links to buy them, so they get that affiliated revenue from it.
