There is not a fucking chance he meant 17 systems, Lmao. He almost certainly meant 17 launchers, a typical Patriot battery has 6-8 launchers, a radar and command post, so 17 launchers would be enough for 2-3 Patriot systems/batteries. If he meant 17 systems/batteries that would be like 102-144 launchers, Lmao.
But I also wouldn't be surprised if he meant 17 missiles.
