Looks like the pricing of the Asus ROG Xbox Ally X may have been inadvertently leaked by Asus. The same price as the current ROG Ally X, 899EUR, so presumably the same for the other currencies which would be £799/$799.

I will upgrade from my steam deck to likely a Z2 Extreme device at some point but not looking to spend this much. Will wait till prices come down and see what other devices are on the market. Lenovo Legion Go 2 etc.
