Trump could easily seize all of Russia's assets in an instant and use that as payment for supplying Ukraine, Lol. But I don't expect him to do that.

Hopefully Europe doesn't buy American weapons for itself, focus on resupplying our militaries with European systems whilst buying American weapons on behalf of Ukraine and once the war is over, Ukraine can then make a careful transition over to European standard. EU + UK has the choice in the matter since they aren't being attacked, Ukraine has no choice and has to take whatever they can get.

It's like trump just wants a deal, and it doesn't matter what ukraine has to lose in order to secure the deal.  The aid he promises possibly just like someone holding a carrot in front of a donkey.  Its not that they want to help the donkey or ukraine, but a means to a different end.  

He has maybe also finally realised how much Russia/Putin has totally fucking embarrassed and walked all over him but he knows he can't "give Ukraine handouts" as he put it with Biden because his fanbase would lose their shit, so he will make a "deal" out of it where America gets paid billions from Europe for their support to Ukraine because Republicans can't do the right thing unless they profit from it, Lol.

But if it gets Ukraine support then whatever, lets pay America, Ukraine's survival is more important than my hatred of Trump.

At this point and I don't think this would happen, but Trump could seize all of Russia's assets in America which I think amounts to around $60-$70bn and pocket some for himself and I'd accept that as long as it gets Ukraine support, someone in his admin should tell the greedy bastard to do that, Lol. Not like he cares about laws.

And Europe needs to grow a spine and seize Russia's assets fully, not just the interest but the entire thing, use these assets to purchase American weapons instead of using our own money which is needed to replenish our military stocks, the only reason to keep the assets is to use them to rebuild Ukraine but we won't have a Ukraine to rebuild if they don't get the weapons to beat back Russia.

Just take the assets already otherwise Europe will end up paying out the ass to rebuild our own militaries, paying out the ass to supply Ukraine with American weapons which Trump will probably overcharge us for, and open the doors for far-right to get into power because public systems will be cut to find the money, instead of just taking the money from the Nazi country doing Nazi shit.

There's like $200bn in frozen Russian assets, that can easily fund Ukraines military for years and I don't give a fuck about those who scream "Bu-Bu, we can't do that, it sets a scary precedence" um no, it only sets a scary precedence to countries who are fucking Nazis, Lol. And you know what, if you're going to be a Nazi, then fuck your assets, you don't deserve shit and we should take them.
