Don Mattrick is worse because the 8th generation was the worse generation to mess up. If Xbox one didn't force Kinect it would've solved 80% of their problems.
Traditional consoles (PS5 and XBS) across the board are selling worse than previous generation. Seems everyone is migrating to PC gaming more and more. So much that even Sony is supporting PC and now Xbox.
Microsoft Gaming division is doing better than ever because of all the acquisitions Phil Spencer help led. Also, I am bias because Xbox series consoles are in my top 3 favorite consoles of all time.
