All my favourite PC series/genres have jumped to being multiplatform in the last few years. Age of Empires, Civilization, Planet Coaster/Zoo, Sims, Stellaris, Cities Skylines.
I can't even think of a modern game I've played that isn't on console as well. Older games though: Unreal Tournament 2003, Freelancer, Empire Earth, Empires DotMW.
I really wish shooters like UT03 would make a comeback, instead of everyone chasing the hero-shooter/extraction-shooter/battle royale trains.
