And their Proton compatibility layer can only go so far. So you would have to come around to the thought that you're not going to be able to play everything or you'll have to find a workaround. Especially on other launchers or games that incorporate anti-cheat. |
Proton goes really, really far. If you can't play a game on the Steam Deck, it's more likely to be because the hardware isn't strong enough than being a compatibility problem, unless it's one of those games with bad anticheat yadda yadda.
