It's funny you mention that because Valve isn't keen on AI either and have added disclosures on games Steam pages that incorporate AI in some capcity.

Something as miniscule as tree and leaf textures, Valve still felt was worth disclosing. Which I applaud them for.
Hell, Valve recently add benchmarking tools that shows what your actual framerate is and shows how many fake frames you have if you've enabled frame generation
