Russia and Ukraine flashpoint

Russia's economy has gotten bad to the point where it is making Putin to want to make some changes.  Putin has decided to pivot to china to help it out with various things, and is decreasing defense spending.  Putin normally wouldn't make statements like this unless he realized that the Russians were unhappy.  

Watching this now, and he backtracks and says that the reduction in defense spending may not happen, but the important point is that Putler is sh!tting himself because he is being perceived as a bad leader
