4. In Baku today, detained Russians accused of drug transit from Iran and cybercrimes were sent to a pre-trial detention center for four months.

6. In Voronezh, Yusif Khalilov, a native of Azerbaijan and co-owner of the largest market in the region, a key figure in the Azerbaijani diaspora, was taken for investigative measures.
4/The position of the world and Ukraine: Zelensky supported Azerbaijan, stating that “the life and dignity of every person must be protected.” The European Union also expressed concern about the actions of the Russian Federation.
