It is reported that Russian citizens have been detained in Baku. They are suspected of drug transits from Iran and cyber crimes.

Russian propagandists received instructions to threaten Azerbaijan.

Propagandists Marsan and Solovyev started to scare Azerbaijan with "economic losses." They said that Russia is their third-largest trading partner, and if anything happens, "the situation could change dramatically."⤵️

Solovyev also added that Russia and Azerbaijan share a 300 km border, frightening Baku with the possibility of war.

Lower-level Russian propagandists are threatening Azerbaijan with missile strikes and call the people of Azerbaijan "Nazis".
